Referral Program Terms

Effective date: 20 September 2026.

These terms explain how the VoxFati Referral Program works, when referral activity qualifies, how traffic quality is reviewed, and how commissions and payouts are handled.

1. Program eligibility

The VoxFati Referral Program is for approved individual participants. Approval is discretionary and may be refused, suspended or withdrawn where required for legal, security, traffic-quality or platform-integrity reasons.

2. Attribution and qualifying activity

Referral attribution normally lasts for the period shown in the Referral Program dashboard. A reward is only recorded where VoxFati can connect the qualifying registration or purchase to a valid referral attribution and the transaction is otherwise eligible.

3. Traffic quality

Automated, bot-generated, incentivised, manipulated, duplicated or otherwise artificial traffic is not eligible. VoxFati may analyse session quality, device and browser patterns, IP/subnet hashes, ASN concentration, geographic patterns, conversion behaviour and other anti-abuse signals.

4. Fraud and manipulation

Self-referrals, fake registrations, coordinated accounts, artificial clicks, automated browsing, fabricated purchases, attempts to bypass traffic limits, or any other activity designed to generate rewards without genuine user interest are prohibited. Suspicious traffic may be limited, paused or placed under manual review.

5. Commissions and reversals

Commissions are subject to the rates shown in the program dashboard. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, cancelled orders and other reversed transactions may reduce, reject or reverse a referral earning. VoxFati may hold an earning while the underlying transaction or traffic quality is reviewed.

6. Payouts

The minimum payout is $200 unless the dashboard states otherwise. Payouts are made by bank transfer only. Identity verification and valid bank details are required before an eligible payout can be approved.

7. Bank detail changes

Changing payout bank details triggers a security lock, currently 72 hours unless the program settings state otherwise. A payout cannot be approved while that lock is active.

8. Review and withheld rewards

VoxFati may place traffic, earnings or payouts on review where fraud, manipulation, abnormal traffic, identity, payment, refund or security concerns exist. Rewards may be withheld or rejected where activity does not meet these terms.

9. Administration and evidence

Program administrators may review referral events, attribution records, registrations, purchases, commission records, payout records and relevant traffic-quality signals for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and payout review.

10. Changes to these terms

VoxFati may update these terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before further program participation or payout requests.
