Last updated: 7 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zipzappa Ltd, trading through and operating the VoxFati platform ("VoxFati", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, services, tools, community features, courses, live expert services, connected social media services, integrations and other features made available through VoxFati.

This Privacy Policy applies to voxfati.com, VoxFati mobile applications and other services operated by us that link to this Privacy Policy.

VoxFati is a platform for self-discovery, personal growth, creativity, learning and meaningful change. The platform may include educational content, courses, digital tools, interactive services, community features, live experts, products, social publishing tools, integrations and other services that may be introduced or changed from time to time.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using VoxFati, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy.

For the purposes of applicable United Kingdom data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, Zipzappa Ltd is generally the data controller of personal information collected directly through VoxFati.

In some situations, particularly where you connect VoxFati to another platform or third-party service, that third party may independently act as a separate data controller for information it processes under its own privacy policy.

3. Personal Information We May Collect

3.1 Account and identity information

When you register or maintain an account, we may collect information such as:

  • account preferences;
  • account role or permissions;
  • membership or subscription status;
  • account creation and last activity dates;
  • authentication and security information.

We do not store your password in readable plain text.

3.2 Profile and information you choose to provide

Depending on the service, you may voluntarily provide information about yourself, your interests, goals, preferences or circumstances.

This may include information entered into:

  • personal development tools;
  • reflection tools;
  • learning services;
  • profile fields;
  • questionnaires;
  • community posts;
  • reviews;
  • comments;
  • messages;
  • forms;
  • course interactions;
  • consultations or live expert services;
  • other interactive VoxFati services.

You decide what information you submit. You should avoid including unnecessary confidential or highly sensitive personal information in public posts, comments or other publicly visible areas.

3.3 Orders, subscriptions and transaction information

When you make a purchase or subscribe to a paid service, we may process information relating to:

  • products or services purchased;
  • subscription type;
  • transaction amount;
  • currency;
  • payment status;
  • billing country or address where required;
  • order number;
  • transaction identifiers;
  • renewal status;
  • refund information;
  • payment provider;
  • date and time of payment;
  • tax or VAT information where applicable.

Payment card details are generally processed directly by our payment providers rather than stored by VoxFati in full.

3.4 Website, app and device information

When you access VoxFati, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:

  • IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • operating system;
  • device type;
  • mobile device information;
  • approximate geographic region derived from technical information;
  • language;
  • referring page or source;
  • pages viewed;
  • links clicked;
  • session information;
  • date and time of access;
  • interaction events;
  • error and diagnostic information;
  • application version;
  • device or installation identifiers where applicable.

We may use this information for security, analytics, service improvement, troubleshooting and fraud prevention.

4. Information About Your Use of VoxFati Tools

When you use interactive VoxFati tools, we may process the information you submit and information generated as part of your session.

Depending on the particular tool, this may include:

  • questions or text you enter;
  • selections you make;
  • categories or topics selected;
  • generated results;
  • session history;
  • timestamps;
  • tool type;
  • preferences;
  • saved results;
  • interaction history.

Where VoxFati offers a session-history feature, information may be stored for the period associated with the relevant service or account setting.

Certain standard session history may be retained for a limited period, while users who purchase an extended history feature may be able to retain eligible history for a longer period.

We may also retain information where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of our Terms.

5. Community Content and User-Generated Content

VoxFati may allow users to create or submit content including posts, comments, replies, reviews, photographs, images, profile information, course-related content, questions, messages and other contributions.

If you intentionally publish information in a public or community area, that information may be visible to other VoxFati users and, depending on the page, members of the public and search engines.

You should not publish personal information that you do not want to become publicly available.

We may process user-generated content to display it, moderate it, respond to reports, detect spam or abuse, enforce our rules, recommend related content, organise content using tags or categories, operate search and discovery features, maintain platform safety and investigate complaints or disputes.

Deleting your account does not necessarily result in the immediate removal of every reference to content that has been shared with others, quoted, legally retained or incorporated into legitimate records.

6. Social Media and Connected Accounts

VoxFati may allow users or authorised administrators to connect accounts from third-party platforms.

These platforms may include, depending on current availability:

  • Facebook;
  • Instagram;
  • Threads;
  • Pinterest;
  • Tumblr;
  • Mastodon;
  • YouTube;
  • Bluesky;
  • TikTok;
  • and other social, publishing or content platforms supported by VoxFati from time to time.

The exact permissions requested depend on the relevant platform and the VoxFati features you choose to use.

Connecting an account is optional unless a particular service specifically requires the integration.

7. Information We May Receive From Connected Social Platforms

When you connect a social media or third-party account, that service may provide VoxFati with information permitted by the authorisation you grant.

Depending on the platform, this may include:

  • social account ID;
  • page, profile or channel ID;
  • account or page name;
  • username;
  • profile image;
  • account type;
  • pages or profiles you manage;
  • access permissions;
  • access tokens;
  • refresh tokens;
  • token expiry information;
  • posts or content;
  • comments or replies;
  • engagement information;
  • follower or audience counts;
  • likes or reactions;
  • shares, reposts or boosts;
  • saves;
  • impressions;
  • reach;
  • clicks;
  • video or post statistics;
  • other analytics supplied through the relevant API.

We only seek to access information required to provide the connected feature.

A third-party platform may change the data, permissions or API functionality it makes available at any time.

8. Social Media Access Tokens and Authentication Information

Where necessary to maintain a connected account, VoxFati may securely store authentication credentials such as access tokens, refresh tokens, authorisation codes, platform-specific account IDs, page IDs, channel IDs and token expiry information.

These are used to communicate with the relevant platform on your behalf within the permissions you authorised.

We do not use connected-account credentials to access unrelated information outside the permissions granted through the relevant platform.

Access may end where you disconnect the account, revoke permission directly through the third-party platform, the token expires, the platform revokes access, VoxFati removes the integration or the integration is no longer required.

Some limited technical records may continue to be retained where required for security, audit, fraud prevention or legal purposes.

9. Social Media Publishing and Scheduling

Where you enable social publishing features, VoxFati may process content in order to publish it to connected accounts on your instructions.

This may include images, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, links, scheduled publication times, selected platforms, publication status, third-party post IDs, failure or error information and publishing history.

Where automated scheduling is enabled, VoxFati may transmit eligible content to the connected platform according to the settings configured by the account holder or authorised administrator.

A social platform receives this content when it is published and then processes it according to its own privacy policy and terms.

10. Social Comments, Replies and Communication Features

Where supported by a third-party platform and authorised by you, VoxFati may retrieve or process interactions associated with connected accounts, including comments, replies, mentions, reactions, message or thread identifiers, author or account name, profile information made available by the platform, timestamps and reply status.

This may be used to provide a central communication or moderation interface.

VoxFati may also assist with preparing suggested responses or response drafts.

A suggested response is not necessarily automatically published. Where approval is required by the relevant VoxFati feature, it will remain a draft until an authorised user approves or publishes it.

Where automatic action has been deliberately enabled and is permitted by the relevant platform, processing may occur according to those settings.

11. Social Media Analytics

Where supported by connected platforms, VoxFati may collect and display performance information such as followers, impressions, reach, profile or page views, engagement, likes, reactions, comments, replies, shares, reposts, boosts, saves, link clicks, content views, post performance and historical statistics.

We use this information to provide dashboards, reports, performance analysis, scheduling information and related platform functionality.

Data supplied by third-party platforms may be incomplete, delayed or subject to the third party's own definitions and API restrictions.

12. Publicly Available and Third-Party Information

In some circumstances VoxFati may process information obtained from sources other than directly from you.

This may include publicly available websites, authorised third-party APIs, connected platforms, marketplaces, social networks, content feeds, businesses or service providers, affiliate networks, product feeds and data you authorise another provider to send to VoxFati.

Such information may include public content, product information, social content, account information, statistics or other data relevant to a VoxFati service.

We process such information only where we have a lawful basis to do so and subject to applicable contractual, technical and legal restrictions.

13. Imported Products and Content

VoxFati may allow authorised users to import or synchronise products or other content from external platforms, stores, marketplaces or feeds.

Imported information may include product title, product description, photographs, price, seller or vendor information, product identifiers, product URL, category, tags, stock information, publicly available listing information and other information provided by the source.

Where imported information contains personal information, it will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users who import content are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authority to use that content.

14. Email Subscriptions and Daily Communications

You may choose to subscribe to VoxFati email services, including newsletters, updates, educational communications or personalised services such as daily horoscope emails.

Depending on the service, we may collect email address, name where supplied, zodiac sign or other selected preference, subscription date, subscription status, communication preferences, delivery status, email open information, link-click information and unsubscribe information.

We use this information to deliver the service you requested, maintain subscription records, understand communication performance and improve our communications.

Where required, marketing communications are sent on the basis of your consent or another lawful basis permitted by law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email or by contacting us.

Service messages that are necessary for the operation, security or administration of your account may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

15. Email Open and Click Tracking

Some emails may contain tracking technologies that allow us to understand whether an email was delivered, opened or whether a link was clicked.

This information may be used to measure communication performance, identify technical delivery problems, improve content, understand which communications are useful and maintain records of engagement.

Where consent or another legal requirement applies to such tracking, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

16. Live Experts, Courses and Learning Services

VoxFati may provide access to courses, learning materials, teachers, creators, coaches, experts or other service providers.

When you purchase, enrol in or interact with such services, we may process information necessary to register you for the service, provide access, record progress, process payment, manage communication, provide customer support, resolve complaints and maintain service records.

Where another person or business independently provides the service, limited information may be shared with that provider where necessary to fulfil your request.

Independent providers may have their own privacy responsibilities and policies.

17. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Depending on how you purchase VoxFati services, providers may include services such as Stripe, Google Play, app store providers, payment processors, banking or financial service providers.

The payment provider may collect information directly from you, including payment-card or financial information.

VoxFati generally receives only the information required to confirm and administer your transaction, such as payment status, transaction identifier, amount, subscription status and limited billing information.

The relevant payment provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

18. Mobile Application Purchases

Where VoxFati services are purchased through a mobile application, the relevant app store may process the purchase.

For example, Google Play may provide us with information necessary to verify purchases, verify subscription status, restore purchases, determine whether access should be granted, identify subscription renewals, cancellations or expiry and prevent fraudulent access.

VoxFati does not receive your full payment-card details from the app store.

19. Accounting and Financial Integrations

VoxFati may use accounting services or connect business financial records to third-party accounting platforms.

This may include services such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Information processed for accounting purposes may include transaction identifier, order number, transaction date, amount, currency, fees, refunds, VAT or tax treatment, customer billing details where legally required, payment provider and accounting category.

We process this information to maintain financial records, reconcile transactions, comply with tax and accounting obligations and manage our business.

Accounting providers process data subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

20. Advertising Services

VoxFati may offer advertising or promotional services.

Where advertisers use these services, we may process advertiser account information, campaign information, advertisement content, target page or destination, campaign dates, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, campaign performance and billing and payment records.

We may also record advertising interactions in order to provide statistics, prevent fraudulent activity, manage campaign limits and improve advertising services.

21. Referral and Affiliate Programmes

Where VoxFati operates referral, affiliate or commission programmes, we may process information required to identify and measure qualifying referrals.

This may include referral identifiers, affiliate identifiers, referral links, visits, clicks, qualifying purchases or actions, commission records, payment information and fraud-prevention information.

We use this information to administer the programme, calculate commissions, prevent abuse and maintain accounting records.

22. Cookies and Similar Technologies

VoxFati may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs or similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, prevent fraud, maintain shopping or service functionality, measure website usage, understand service performance, diagnose technical problems and support advertising or referral attribution where permitted.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be used only after the appropriate consent has been obtained.

Additional information may be provided through our cookie notice or consent management interface.

23. Analytics

We may collect information about how users interact with VoxFati.

Analytics information may include page views, visitor or session identifiers, referring pages, navigation paths, clicks, feature usage, tool interactions, approximate location, device information, browser information, timestamps, conversion events and performance information.

We use analytics to understand how VoxFati is used, identify technical problems, improve functionality, measure service performance and make business decisions.

Where possible and appropriate, analytics information may be aggregated or pseudonymised.

24. Security, Fraud Prevention and Abuse Detection

We may process personal information where necessary to protect VoxFati, our users and third parties.

This may include processing information to identify suspicious login attempts, investigate misuse, prevent payment fraud, detect automated abuse, detect spam, enforce account restrictions, investigate security incidents, maintain technical logs, protect intellectual property, enforce our Terms and policies and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Security records may be retained for longer than normal operational data where reasonably necessary for investigation or legal purposes.

25. Customer Support and Communications

When you contact us, we may retain your contact details, the content of your enquiry, attachments, support history, account information relevant to your request, our response and complaint information.

We use this information to respond to you, provide support, investigate problems and maintain appropriate records.

26. Automated Content and Assistance Features

Some VoxFati features may use automated technology to analyse submitted information or assist with creating content.

For example, these features may assist with descriptions, tags, social captions, suggested replies, summaries, recommendations, interpretations, reports, content organisation, moderation or classification.

Information submitted to such features may be processed by VoxFati and, where necessary, trusted technology service providers acting on our behalf or providing underlying services.

Users should not submit unnecessary confidential, financial, medical or other highly sensitive information into content-generation fields.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, automated content is intended to assist the user and does not constitute a decision carrying legal or similarly significant effects about that person.

27. Purposes for Which We Use Personal Information

We may process personal information for purposes including:

  • creating and administering accounts;
  • authenticating users;
  • delivering purchased services;
  • managing memberships and subscriptions;
  • providing interactive tools;
  • saving eligible history;
  • processing payments;
  • verifying mobile purchases;
  • delivering courses or digital services;
  • operating community features;
  • publishing user content;
  • connecting third-party services;
  • social media publishing and scheduling;
  • obtaining social analytics;
  • managing comments and replies;
  • preparing suggested content;
  • providing email subscriptions;
  • providing customer support;
  • administering advertising;
  • administering referral and affiliate programmes;
  • maintaining accounting and tax records;
  • measuring platform performance;
  • improving VoxFati;
  • maintaining security;
  • detecting fraud or abuse;
  • complying with legal obligations;
  • establishing or defending legal claims;
  • enforcing our Terms and policies.

28. Lawful Bases for Processing

Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for processing personal information. Depending on the circumstances, we may rely on one or more of the following.

Contract

We may process information where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, for example creating and operating your account, supplying a purchased service, managing your subscription, processing an order, providing a course or publishing content to a connected account at your request.

Legitimate interests

We may process information where it is necessary for our legitimate business interests and those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

Our legitimate interests may include operating and improving VoxFati, maintaining security, preventing fraud, understanding service usage, managing our business, responding to enquiries, protecting our legal rights and maintaining appropriate business records.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the nature of the processing, its necessity and its potential impact on individuals.

Consent

We may rely on your consent where appropriate, including for certain marketing communications, optional cookies, connected-account permissions, optional features and other processing where consent is required.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Legal obligation

We may process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, taxation, regulatory requirements, lawful requests from authorities and legal record-keeping requirements.

Legal claims and other permitted grounds

Where applicable, information may also be processed where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or where another lawful basis under applicable law permits the processing.

29. Special Category Information

VoxFati does not require users to provide special category personal information for ordinary account registration.

However, because some VoxFati services allow users to enter free text, a user may voluntarily provide information revealing matters such as health, religion, philosophical beliefs or other sensitive matters.

Users should avoid providing special category or highly sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary for the feature being used.

Where special category data is processed, we will do so only where an appropriate lawful condition applies under applicable data protection law.

30. Who We May Share Personal Information With

We do not sell personal information to third parties as a standalone commodity.

We may share information where necessary with categories of recipients including:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • cloud service providers;
  • payment processors;
  • app stores;
  • email delivery providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • authentication providers;
  • security and fraud-prevention providers;
  • connected social media platforms;
  • social publishing platforms;
  • accounting providers;
  • professional advisers;
  • customer-support providers;
  • technology service providers;
  • contractors acting on our behalf;
  • experts, instructors or sellers where required to provide a service you requested;
  • public authorities where legally required;
  • courts, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

Service providers acting on our behalf are expected to process information only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate contractual and security requirements.

31. Third-Party Platforms

When you connect or use a third-party platform, information may be exchanged between VoxFati and that provider.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms of service, developer policies, privacy policies, API rules and data retention rules.

VoxFati does not control the independent processing carried out by those platforms.

You should review the privacy settings and privacy policy of each platform you connect.

Removing a platform connection from VoxFati does not automatically delete information that the third-party platform independently holds about you.

Likewise, deleting information on VoxFati does not necessarily delete copies already published to an external service.

32. Links to Other Websites

VoxFati may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of third-party websites that are not controlled by us.

You should review the privacy policy of the relevant third party before providing personal information.

33. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, technology providers, payment providers, social platforms or infrastructure providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred to another country, we take appropriate steps required by applicable UK data protection law.

Depending on the destination and circumstances, this may include reliance on UK adequacy regulations, recognised data transfer agreements, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Where required, additional technical or contractual safeguards may also be used.

You may contact us for further information about safeguards relating to international transfers relevant to your personal information.

34. How Long We Keep Personal Information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, security, contractual or dispute-resolution requirements.

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

Factors considered when determining retention include the purpose for which the information is used, whether your account remains active, the nature of the service, whether the information forms part of a financial or legal record, contractual obligations, fraud and security requirements, applicable limitation periods and legal and regulatory requirements.

Where a VoxFati feature specifies a particular retention period, that specific period will apply to that feature.

For example, standard tool history may be retained for a limited period, while an eligible paid history service may allow history to be retained for an extended period.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely archived where continued retention is legally justified.

35. Account Closure

You may request closure of your VoxFati account subject to any outstanding contractual or legal obligations.

Following account closure:

  • access to the account may be disabled;
  • personal information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised;
  • legally required records may continue to be retained;
  • transaction and accounting records may remain where legally required;
  • security records may remain where necessary;
  • publicly submitted content may be handled according to the nature of the content and applicable rights;
  • information already published to third-party platforms may remain on those platforms until separately removed there.

Account closure does not automatically cancel a subscription billed independently through a third-party provider unless the relevant subscription is also cancelled through the appropriate payment or app-store system.

36. Disconnecting Social Media Accounts

You may disconnect supported third-party accounts through the relevant VoxFati settings where such controls are available.

You may also revoke VoxFati permissions directly through the relevant third-party platform.

After disconnection, VoxFati will stop using the connection for new authorised actions.

We may retain limited records relating to past activity where necessary for security, audit records, transaction history, troubleshooting, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

Content previously published to the external platform remains subject to that platform's systems and must normally be removed from that platform separately.

37. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, alteration, destruction and disclosure.

Measures may include access controls, authentication controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, secure credential storage, logging, backups and monitoring.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify us promptly if they believe their account has been compromised.

38. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights including:

Right of access

You may request confirmation as to whether we process your personal information and request a copy of eligible personal information we hold about you.

Right to rectification

You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Right to erasure

In certain circumstances, you may request deletion of your personal information. This right is not absolute and information may need to be retained where a lawful reason applies.

Right to restriction

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information.

Right to data portability

Where applicable, you may request eligible information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request that it be transferred to another provider where technically feasible.

Right to object

You may object to certain processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.

You have an absolute right to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Rights relating to automated decision-making

Where applicable, you may have rights relating to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

VoxFati's ordinary content generation, recommendations, reports, reflection tools and similar features are not intended to make legal or similarly significant decisions about users.

39. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise an applicable data protection right, contact info@voxfati.com.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We may also request information necessary to identify the relevant account or records.

We will respond in accordance with the timescales required by applicable law.

In some circumstances we may lawfully refuse, restrict or charge a reasonable fee for a request where permitted by law, including where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

40. Direct Marketing

Where permitted, we may send information about VoxFati services, new features, products, educational content or other relevant communications.

You may opt out of direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, changing available account preferences or contacting us at info@voxfati.com.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending essential service communications relating to your account, purchases, security or legal matters.

41. Profiling and Personalisation

We may use information about your activity to organise, personalise or recommend content.

For example, this may involve using previous interactions, selected categories, tags, service usage, content preferences and engagement information.

Such processing may help us show more relevant content or improve platform organisation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this is not used to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

42. Changes of Business Ownership

If Zipzappa Ltd or VoxFati undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of business assets or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction where legally permitted.

Any recipient would remain subject to applicable data protection obligations.

43. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, comply with a court order, respond to a lawful request from a regulatory or law-enforcement authority, protect our legal rights, investigate fraud, protect users or the public, enforce our Terms or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We will not disclose more information than reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

44. Children

VoxFati is intended only for people aged 18 or over.

We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create VoxFati accounts.

If we become aware that an account belonging to a person under 18 has been created in circumstances contrary to our rules, we may close the account and delete or restrict associated information as appropriate.

If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to VoxFati, please contact us.

45. Your Responsibilities When Providing Information About Others

If you submit personal information relating to another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to provide that information and that doing so complies with applicable law.

You should not upload confidential personal information belonging to another person without authority, publish private correspondence without permission where permission is required, disclose payment information belonging to another person, impersonate another individual or publish sensitive information about another person without a lawful basis.

46. Information Published to the Public

Certain VoxFati functionality is intentionally public.

For example, public information may include community posts, public profile information, reviews, comments, creator content, seller content and public listings.

Once information is publicly available, other people may view, copy, share or independently store it.

You should therefore consider carefully what information you choose to make public.

47. Third-Party API Limitations

Features that depend on a third-party API may be affected by platform outages, API changes, revoked permissions, expired tokens, account restrictions, changed platform policies, rate limits or removed functionality.

Where a third-party platform stops providing particular information, VoxFati may no longer be able to retrieve or update that information.

This can also affect the accuracy or availability of stored analytics or connected-account features.

48. Data From Other Sources

Where we obtain personal information from a source other than directly from you, the source may include connected third-party accounts, social media APIs, publicly available information, marketplace feeds, business partners, payment providers, app stores, referral partners and service providers.

Where required by law, we will provide relevant privacy information within the applicable period or when we first communicate with the individual, subject to any lawful exceptions.

49. Complaints

If you have concerns about how we use your personal information, please contact us first:

Zipzappa Ltd / VoxFati
Email: info@voxfati.com
