Delivery and Service Fulfilment Policy
Physical Marketplace goods are normally fulfilled by the relevant Seller. Digital products and Courses are supplied electronically. Live Expert services are fulfilled through the booked session or the method described at purchase.
1. Scope
This policy applies to delivery and fulfilment of products and services purchased through VoxFati. Seller-specific delivery information, Course access information and Live Expert booking details form part of the relevant transaction information where provided.
2. VoxFati digital services
Membership access, reports, digital tools and other VoxFati digital services are normally activated electronically after successful payment or account verification. Delivery may occur through an account dashboard, on-screen result, downloadable file, email or another method described before purchase.
3. Digital Marketplace products
Digital products may be delivered through account access, a download link, email or another electronic method described on the listing. Sellers must state material file types, compatibility requirements and access restrictions before purchase.
If a download link or file is unavailable, corrupted or materially different from the listing, the Seller must provide a replacement or other remedy required by law.
4. Courses
Course delivery may include on-demand video, text lessons, downloadable materials, scheduled live sessions, assignments or a combination of formats. The Course page should state the principal delivery method, access period where limited and any material prerequisites.
If a Course includes scheduled live components, the Creator must provide reasonable notice of the schedule and of material changes. If a promised component cannot be supplied, an appropriate replacement, rescheduling or remedy may be required.
5. Live Expert services
A Live Expert service is fulfilled through the booked session or other agreed method. The booking information should state the session length, date and time where scheduled, format and any preparation required.
Users are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and any stated software required for an online session. Technical failure on either side will be handled reasonably according to the circumstances and any booking-specific policy.
6. Physical Marketplace goods
Physical goods are shipped by the Seller or its authorised fulfilment provider. The listing or checkout should identify available delivery methods, estimated processing and delivery times, material geographic restrictions and charges where applicable.
Sellers must package goods appropriately for ordinary transit and must comply with carrier, customs, dangerous-goods and product-specific shipping requirements.
7. Processing times
Processing time is the period before dispatch and is separate from carrier transit time. Handmade, personalised or made-to-order products may require longer processing. Sellers must provide reasonable estimates and update the buyer if a material delay becomes known.
8. Tracking
Where a tracked service is offered or required, the Seller must provide accurate tracking information when available. A Seller must not mark an order as dispatched or provide a tracking number before the parcel has genuinely entered the fulfilment process.
9. International delivery, customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, duties, taxes or carrier fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, the buyer may be responsible for import charges imposed by the destination country.
Sellers must complete customs declarations accurately and must not misdescribe value, contents, origin or classification to avoid duties or restrictions.
10. Geographic and product restrictions
Some products cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to every country. Sellers must comply with sanctions, export controls, import restrictions, carrier rules and product-specific restrictions. VoxFati may block a destination or transaction where shipping the item would create a legal or payment risk.
11. Multi-seller orders
If a basket contains products from more than one independent Seller, products may arrive in separate parcels, on different dates and with separate tracking information. Each Seller remains responsible for its own fulfilment obligations.
12. Delivery addresses
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address supplied by the buyer was materially incorrect, additional redelivery costs may apply where lawful and reasonably disclosed.
13. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If a parcel is materially delayed, lost or damaged in transit, the buyer should contact the Seller through VoxFati. The Seller is responsible for pursuing the carrier where appropriate and for providing any remedy required by law.
14. Delivery estimates
Estimated dates are planning estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. Sellers must not knowingly publish unrealistic estimates. Mandatory legal delivery deadlines and any expressly agreed delivery date continue to apply.
15. Delivery support
For a Marketplace order, contact the relevant Seller through the order or messaging area. For VoxFati digital access, Course platform access or unresolved fulfilment issues, contact info@voxfati.com.
