Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content Policy

Contact View terms
This policy applies across all VoxFati services.

Every user, Seller, Course Creator, Live Expert, Advertiser and other participant must comply with these rules. A lawful activity may still be restricted where necessary for safety, payment-provider requirements, sanctions compliance, platform integrity or the suitability of a particular VoxFati feature.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Marketplace listings, products, Courses, Live Expert profiles and sessions, Community posts and messages, reviews, advertisements, links, files, digital downloads, public profiles, social publishing activity and any other content or conduct carried out through VoxFati.

2. Permitted content and activities

Users may participate in lawful activity connected with learning, creativity, practical skills, personal development, work, careers, business, ecommerce, technology, software, accounting or bookkeeping education, art, design, photography, writing, languages, crafts, sewing, beauty, makeup, styling, fashion, home and living, organisation, cooking, hobbies, collecting, antiques, coins, wellbeing, mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, symbolism and other legitimate interests.

Permission to discuss a subject does not automatically authorise the sale of every product or service connected with that subject. Products, paid services and advertisements remain subject to category-specific, legal and payment-provider restrictions.

3. Illegal activity

You must not use VoxFati to plan, promote, solicit, sell, finance, facilitate, conceal or instruct others in unlawful activity. This includes fraud, theft, extortion, blackmail, identity crime, trafficking, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful violence, terrorism offences, unlawful hacking, distribution of stolen data and any other criminal activity.

4. Child safety

Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualisation or exploitation of children, trafficking, coercion and content that facilitates abuse of a child are strictly prohibited. VoxFati may preserve relevant evidence, restrict accounts and make reports to competent authorities or specialist organisations where required or permitted by law.

5. Pornography and sexual services

Pornography, explicit sexual content intended for sexual gratification, sexual services, escorting, prostitution, sexual livestreams, fetish services and solicitation for sexual activity are prohibited. Legitimate non-explicit educational, artistic, historical or health-related discussion may be permitted where lawful and appropriate to the context.

6. Violence, self-harm and dangerous conduct

Users must not threaten violence, encourage suicide or self-harm, glorify eating disorders, promote dangerous challenges, provide instructions intended to enable serious physical harm or sell products primarily intended to facilitate unlawful violence.

Supportive discussion of recovery, wellbeing, difficult life experiences or safety may be permitted where it does not encourage harm and does not replace regulated professional care where such care is required.

7. Hate, harassment and abuse

Threats, stalking, severe harassment, repeated unwanted contact, discriminatory abuse, targeted humiliation, intimidation and content that unlawfully promotes hatred or violence against protected groups are prohibited. Good-faith criticism, debate and disagreement are permitted when expressed without threats, harassment or dehumanising abuse.

8. Fraud, impersonation and deceptive conduct

You must not impersonate another person or organisation, fabricate qualifications, invent professional status, falsify provenance, create false customer histories, submit forged documents, manipulate payment information, conceal a material commercial relationship or otherwise use deception to obtain money, access, trust or platform advantages.

9. Spam, manipulation and platform abuse

Unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive promotion, mass tagging, duplicate catalogue flooding, keyword stuffing, fake engagement, fake followers, fake reviews, coordinated rating manipulation, account farms, deceptive redirects and attempts to manipulate ranking, recommendation or discovery systems are prohibited.

Legitimate scheduling, automation and promotional tools may be used only where they comply with VoxFati rules, do not mislead users and do not create unreasonable load or spam.

10. Intellectual property and authenticity

You may only upload, sell, teach, advertise or distribute material that you created, lawfully licensed or otherwise have the right to use. Counterfeit goods, pirated courses, copied ebooks, stolen artwork, unauthorised music or video, copied product imagery, trademark infringement and other unlawful intellectual-property use are prohibited.

11. Products generally permitted for Marketplace consideration

Subject to law and category-specific requirements, VoxFati may permit handmade or designed goods, personalised products, vintage items, antiques, art, prints, books, stationery, jewellery, accessories, clothing, fashion, beauty and grooming products, craft supplies, sewing materials, home and living products, décor, gifts, hobby items, toys, pet accessories, wedding and event products, collectibles, coins, banknotes, medals, minerals, crystals, educational materials, digital downloads and other lawful specialty or lifestyle goods.

Some categories may require age controls, product-safety documentation, ingredient or labelling compliance, provenance, licences, insurance or payment-provider approval. VoxFati may refuse a category or individual listing where those requirements are not met.

12. Prohibited and restricted products

The following categories are prohibited unless VoxFati expressly states otherwise after confirming that the activity is lawful and supported by the relevant payment provider:

  • firearms, ammunition, explosives, prohibited weapons, weapon components intended to facilitate unlawful harm and instructions primarily intended to construct such items;
  • illegal drugs, controlled substances sold unlawfully, drug paraphernalia intended for unlawful drug use, products designed to imitate illegal drugs and unlawfully supplied prescription medicines;
  • stolen goods, counterfeit goods, forged documents, fake identification, pirated digital goods and products that unlawfully infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • pornographic products or services, sexual services and products prohibited by the applicable payment provider;
  • gambling services, unlicensed lotteries, betting schemes and other gambling activity not expressly approved;
  • malware, credential theft tools, unlawful surveillance devices, hacking tools primarily intended for unlawful access and devices intended to defeat lawful technical protections;
  • hazardous chemicals, poisons, regulated toxic substances and products that create an unacceptable safety risk;
  • human remains, unlawfully traded cultural property, protected archaeological material, ivory and other wildlife products whose sale is unlawful or cannot be supported by reliable provenance;
  • products that promote or finance terrorist organisations or unlawfully promote extremist violence;
  • goods or services whose sale would breach sanctions, export controls, consumer-product rules or another applicable law; and
  • any category that a required payment provider classifies as prohibited or unsupported for the relevant account or country.

13. Antiques, coins, historical and collectible items

Sellers of antiques, coins, banknotes, medals, archaeological-style objects, militaria or other historical collectibles must describe origin, age, material, authenticity and provenance accurately to the extent known and must not fabricate attribution or hide material uncertainty. Where export, import, cultural-property, sanctions or heritage rules apply, the Seller is responsible for compliance and for maintaining relevant records.

Historical items that contain controversial symbols may be reviewed in context. Items primarily marketed to promote hatred, extremist recruitment, unlawful violence or prohibited organisations may be refused even where possession of the physical object would otherwise be lawful.

14. Beauty, cosmetics and personal-care products

Beauty, cosmetic, grooming and personal-care products must comply with applicable product-safety, ingredient, labelling, claims and notification requirements. Sellers must not make medicinal claims for cosmetic products unless the product is lawfully authorised for such claims. Used, contaminated, expired, tampered or unsafe products may be prohibited.

15. Health-related products and claims

Medical devices, medicines, supplements, therapeutic products and other regulated health products may be restricted or prohibited depending on law and payment-provider rules. A product must not be marketed with false disease-treatment, cure or prevention claims.

Crystals, oils, candles, meditation products and other wellbeing or spiritual goods may be described by reference to tradition, symbolism, sensory experience or personal practice, but must not be presented as guaranteed treatment for a medical or mental-health condition.

16. Courses and educational content

Courses may cover lawful practical, creative, technical, business, professional-development, lifestyle, beauty, personal-development, wellbeing and spiritual subjects. Course content must provide genuine educational value and must not be plagiarised, fraudulent or materially misleading.

Courses must not teach criminal conduct in a manner intended to facilitate wrongdoing, provide instructions for dangerous or illegal acts, falsely promise regulated qualifications or use earnings claims, health claims or other outcome claims that cannot be substantiated.

17. Live Expert services

Live Experts may offer tutoring, teaching, mentoring, coaching, practical demonstrations, project feedback, creative guidance, personal styling, makeup instruction, career or business guidance, software tutoring, organisation guidance, mindfulness, meditation, spiritual interpretation and other lawful services approved by VoxFati.

Experts must not provide unverified regulated medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional services; prescribe or direct medication; diagnose or treat conditions without lawful authority; engage in sexual services; guarantee supernatural outcomes; or exploit a user's vulnerability.

18. Regulated and professional services

Where a service requires a professional licence, registration, regulated status, mandatory insurance or other legal authorisation, the provider must hold and maintain that authority and provide evidence if requested. VoxFati may refuse or restrict regulated services even where the provider is licensed if the service is not supported by the platform or payment provider.

General information, education, mentoring and coaching must not be falsely presented as regulated treatment, representation, diagnosis, investment advice or another protected professional service.

19. Misleading claims and guarantees

Objective claims must be accurate, current and capable of reasonable substantiation. Users must not guarantee earnings, employment, business success, medical results, weight loss, fertility, relationships, exam success, legal outcomes, investment returns or supernatural results where the outcome cannot properly be guaranteed.

Before-and-after images, testimonials, examples, rankings and performance claims must not be manipulated or presented in a way that materially misleads users about typical results.

20. Spiritual and symbolic services

Tarot, astrology, numerology, Reiki, meditation, dream interpretation, symbolism and related reflective practices are permitted where lawful and honestly presented. Providers must not use fear of curses, spirits, illness, death, financial ruin or relationship loss to pressure a user into payment or repeated purchases.

Spiritual content must not direct users to stop necessary medical treatment, claim certainty about serious future harm or represent symbolic interpretation as verified fact where that would be misleading.

21. Advertising

Advertisements must comply with these rules and the Advertising Terms. An advertisement may not promote a product, service or category that would be prohibited if offered directly through VoxFati, and it must not be used to redirect users to an external site for the purpose of bypassing platform restrictions.

22. Privacy and confidential information

You must not publish another person's private or sensitive information without lawful authority. Information obtained through orders, bookings, applications or messages must be used only for legitimate transaction, support, legal or other authorised purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

23. Security and technical abuse

You must not probe, attack, overload, disrupt or bypass VoxFati security; introduce malware; scrape or automate access contrary to technical restrictions; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with another user's account; or use VoxFati infrastructure for credential theft, phishing or other malicious activity.

24. Sanctions, export controls and geographic restrictions

Users must not use VoxFati to evade sanctions, export controls, import restrictions, payment restrictions or other geographic legal controls. Availability of products, services, advertising and payment methods may differ by country, and VoxFati may block or review activity where sanctions or geographic restrictions create a compliance risk.

25. Enforcement

VoxFati may remove content, reject or deactivate listings, restrict Community features, pause advertisements, cancel a commercial feature, request verification, place a transaction or payout on review where legally permitted, suspend accounts or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, prevent fraud, satisfy payment-provider requirements or comply with law.

Enforcement decisions may take account of the seriousness of the conduct, whether the issue is repeated, the risk to users, the user's cooperation, legal obligations and whether a less restrictive measure would adequately address the problem.

26. Changes to this policy

VoxFati may update this policy as laws, payment-provider rules, safety standards or platform categories change. Material changes affecting an ongoing commercial relationship will be communicated where required by law or contract.
